“Comfort Zone is great. John was our AC tech and he gave us a few options on our unit which was blowing out hot air. Essentially, he told us he could do an inexpensive fix or have the unit replaced depending on what was better for us. Since we are moving in 6 months we opted for the cheaper option.
This was interesting because the first company we had out told us the only option we had was replacing the unit. I think it is because the technicians at Comfort Zone AZ don’t have sales goals, and that keeps them honest.
We had a wonderful experience and they will be our go to for all our units.”
